How It Works:

 
    Step 1:  Once you are on the phone with a member of our support team, you will be directed to this page. You are required to save and run the TeamViewer remote support software on your PC.
 
Step 2:  Save the software to your pc by clicking on the blue button below. Once the file is saved, you can simply run it by double-clicking on it. There is no need to install anything, the software will just run as-is. Once the software starts you will be presented with the TeamViewer QuickSupport application showing the 'Your ID' and 'Password' connection codes.
 
Step 3:  Share the ID and Password with your support representative so they can view your screen and share control of your mouse and keyboard.
 
Step 4:  You are in full control of your computer at all times. You always have overriding control of your mouse and keyboard, and you can end the screen-sharing session at any time.
